1. Information you give us

When you fill out a form on the Site (for example, Contact Us, Free Home Value Check, Make an Offer, Buyer Guarantee requests, or Join AZCO), call us, text us, or email us, we may collect:

4. Calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. We will send recurring marketing text messages only with your consent. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
– With service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, form processing (Gravity Forms), email/CRM (for example, Concourse360), analytics, and advertising measurement. They may use it only to provide services to us.
– With parties to your real estate transaction, at your direction, such as cooperating agents, lenders, escrow/title companies, inspectors, or other professionals you ask us to involve
– With AZCO Properties’ licensed agents who will help you with your request
– When required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer

6. Cookies and your choices

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work properly without them.
  • You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
  • You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook/Meta account settings.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email. Texts: reply STOP.

7. Data retention and security

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, including real estate recordkeeping requirements, and then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No website or transmission is completely secure.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

9. Links to other sites

The Site links to third-party sites (for example, MLS/IDX search, utility companies, and social media). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
